Vibration/numbness and pain

My left hand gets numbness or a sort of vibration and my right hand elbow gets pain.

Medicines I take : 2 Diabend-M tabs (1 in the morning & 1 in the night) , Crestor 10mg (1 tab) , Ecospirin 75mg (1 tab)  and Neurobion Forte ( 1 tab)
I take a half a spoon of a powder made from wild jeerakam, carom seeds and fenugreek everyday.  Also I take one grapefruit everyday and generally avoid rice, instead I take chappathi. My fasting blood sugar in the morning is between 110 and 140. Are my problems related to diabetes ?

Probably not,  most people start with there feet having problems.  Diabetic problems start at the furthest extremity's feet then legs then hands.  you could also have a pinched nerve in your elbow or neck.

those are pritty high fasting numbers.  what is your 1 hour after eating number?

Thank you for the mail. Kindly tell me :
1. What should be the ideal fasting blood sugar number after having dinner with one Diabend M tab in the night ?

2. After one hour eating means, after the breakfast with one Diabend M tablet or one hour after lunch or dinner ?? ( As I said, I take one Diabend-M in the morning and one in the night)

214 is VERY high (BG over 140 causes damage to your body)

1. Fasting blood sugar ideal range 80-90
2. After 1 hour 140 or less, after 2 hour 120 or less

Are you diagnose with diabetes? 214 is definite diabetes.
