Severe tachycardia/hyperventillation caused by low bloodsugar?

I am 23 years old and have been eating quite a bit of sugar during my whole life.
I live a sedentary life (especially the past year since i've practically been crippled due to a high heart rate).

On many occasions doctors have told me i was having panic attacks because at times they have caught me hyperventillating.
I took betablockers for a while to keep the heartrate down and it worked. Now i can no longer tolerate any dose of betablocker because i have become to sensitive to them.

Anyway,
especially the past few weeks I've been having severe episodes of tachycardia and apparently the last few times I was hyperventillating as well.

I am NOT having any kind of anxiety or panic, i'm totally calm. I try to control the hyperventillation by mind but the moment i stop trying to control it, my body starts to hyperventillate heavy.

Give me 2,5 mg of temesta and this will NOT control my high heartrate or hyperventillation.
Give me 1 table spoon of sugar and my high heartrate and hyperventillation stops almost immediately.

What kind of disorder is this?

Good to know that you are doing the pranayam - breathing exercises. You have started to benefit, so keep it up. You will notice more benefits every week, and keep posting updates.

I am still doing the exercises hava  I dont know if it is due to me using this method but I do feel better, it is possible that I am also getting used to balancing what I eat in a better way, I find it hard this time of year when folks ask you to dinner and trying to be polite and eat others food. I will continue with the breathing exercises.Thank you

There is kapalbhati to expel air(CO2 and O2) from the lungs, which you might like to try. If you feel better with this, then follow it with anulom vilom to balance your systems.Allow a few weeks to notice any improvements.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully (in one burst) out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.

Most people get extra oxygen with kapalbhati as they git rid of CO2, but in your case you will be getting rid of oxygen as it is higher in volume.
All problems and feedback increase my understanding, so thank you.

Thanks for your help Hava,
but in my case.. and many other people's case...

deep breathing does not help with hyperventillation.
hyperventillation means too much oxygen in blood.

therefor short shallow breaths and long deep exhales
reverses or prevents hyperventillation.

maybe there are people for whom deep breathing helps with hyperventillation
but not with everyone.

Do this pranayam to control your heart rate. Be patient and do the breathing with concentration and eyes closed.Allow a few weeks to notice benefits.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

I know how to eat healthy but the crippling tachycardia is one of the reasons why i haven't been able to get my eating habits right... (or any other habit for that matter).

One way to deal with the tachycardia of my sugar addicted would be by using beta blockers,
but even taking half of a treshold dose of betablockers eventually ends up giving me terrifying bradycardia and respiratory depression.

Anyway,
Since being misdiagnosed for so long I have lost my faith in general doctors.
I'll go straight to the endocrenologist.

Thanks for the help though.

Ask your doctor for diabetes testing. It is up to him/her to decide which one to administer. You can ask ahead for instructions. You can also go to the next level by getting a referral to an Endocrinologist to see if you have a thyroid disorder or hormone imbalance.

Seek consultation with a nutritionist. "I can eat healthy proteins and vitamins, but when i haven't had sugar my muscles feel weak." This doesn't tell me much about your nutrition. Our bodies need some sort of sugar, either from refined sugar, starches, fruits or carbohydrates for energy. Too much will drain your energy as is too little. A nutritionist can review your foods, serving sizes, etc and help to fill in the blanks.

Both tests were a couple of hours after eating.
They were the kind of at home fingerprint-tests.

Which tests do i need to ask the doctor?
I doubt i am that extremely emotionally dependent on sugar...

I can feel on top of the world and completely anxietyless on high doses of benzo's but still have a high heartrate.
I have some sugar in me and my heartrate goes calm.

I can eat healthy proteins and vitamins,
but when i haven't had sugar my muscles feel weak.

After having had sugar, my muscles feel fed.

"but both times i had my blood sugar checked it was below 100."
Why don't you tell us the type of test and by whom:
1. Fasting?
2. After drinking a sugary liquid [Oral Glucose Tolerance Test]?
3. Random?
If #2, the OGTT, we need the exact time & numbers as listed in your test results.

"Give me 1 table spoon of sugar and my high heartrate and hyperventillation stops almost immediately."
Based upon your sedentary lifestyle this can be more emotional than low glucose related. W/o access to your medical records answers derived from posting on health forums/boards will be limited.

Are you diabetic? You did not state if you had been diagnosed as being diabetic.

Maybe a teaspoon would suffice as well.
Temesta is Lorazepam, by the way.
