Diabetes symptons but no diabetes?

A1C= 2.7
MRI Head and Neck nothing
neurologist, 2 diabetes doctors, 2 orthologist ok, EMG, Blood pressure to toes ok, blood flow to toes ok, Vitamin D ok, neck xray ok, lower colonoscopy ok, upper  whatever the name is like colonoscopy ok,cat-scam ok

Now
constipation always so given something I will have to use forever
Numbness or tingling started in toes, foot, legs, arms, off and on in face neck, slight half moon shape light every now and then but does not effect the vision (may not have anything to do with problem).
No pain

Doctor all believe that these problems are coming from the onset of diabetes but my blood sugars are fine and aic 2.7

I cannot be the first person with this but my doctors have stopped considering any other test or possible problems as they feel it is diabetes onset but agree I do not have diabetes or blood sugar problems.

Any idears

There are many conditions that affect the nerves. If you have any other symptoms that might help to narrow down a possible diagnosis.

Have you been tested for hypothyroid?  Tests should be TSH, FT3 and FT4.

HBa1c of 2.7 is extremely low and should indicate a problem!  Normal Typically a normal HBa1c is 4.3 - 4.6.

Have you done any fasting or post eating blood sugar testing?  That would be interested.

In the meantime, I would suggest that you make sure you eat frequently.  Small amounts say every 2 - 3hours.  Please avoid sweets, make sure you eat protein and fat (along with some carbs - ideally from veges and fruits, not too much grains) at every meal.  This should help to keep your blood sugars a bit more stable.

You should be tested for insulin levels as well and c-peptide (this shows also how much insulin you are producing).  You may have an insulinoma causing excess insulin production.

I second that you shoudl see an endocrinologist.

A1c of 2.7 is extremely low and way below normal. What are your blood sugars? Are you seeing an Endocrinologist?
