Strange white goo inside diabetic foot ulcer

Stable glicemic index with an ulcer on diabetic foot but today this white goo apperead inside the ulcer. Someone knows what should I do as it's very complicated to make an earlier appointment with my doctor.

It was a piece of tendon that got partially detached and got infected. In a couple of days there will be the surgical operation to remove it after finishing the antibiotics.

Hello.  I'm sorry you haven't yet had a response.  With the delicate nature of diabetes, you need to go to urgent care or yes, go through the difficulty of an early doctors appointment to have this examined. Hopefully you already have and can give us an update. https://www.webmd.com/diabetes/diabetes-sores-ulcers-care  You want to protect your feet with diabetes!  How is your diabetes managed by the way?
