L-Arginine is a naturally occuring amino acid, available without prescription in many health food stores. It is a precursor to the production of nitrous oxide, which acts to widen and dilate tiny blood vessels. It is also helpful in diabetic neuropathy and in maintaining an adult male erection. It comes in flavors and without flavoring, tastes like raw meat. Don't buy the capsules. You need to take at lerast one to two grams with water, preferably on an empty stomach. You may have to take this dose three times a day. There are no contraindications.
thanks for your answer. but can you please tell me what is (L Aginine ).
It could be diabetes, however she needs a consult with a hematologist who will look at her blood cells under a microscope. Ocasionally there are disorders that cause deformed blood cells that are larger than normal and they cause pain when going through the microcirculation in the fingertips. Meanwhile try L. Aginine, a grams every six hours. This tends to open up the little blood vessels.

thanks for your answer. but can you please tell what bg means.
thanks for your answer. but its not in her leg its on her hands finger tips.
What is her blood sugar numbers? Typical fasting and post eating?
Hba1c?
Neuropathy can also be due to causes other than diabetes; B vitamin deficiency being one. This should also be looked into.
Does she test her BG? If she does does she use the SIDE of her finger tips?
Les nerves there so less pain when pricking.
She should examine her feet each day for unnoticed injuries (foot injuries are often not noticed by diabetics, and because of poor circulation in the extremities even a minor injury can become a big deal).
