You need to see a gastroenterologist.

Blood tests looking for celiac disease, as well as a 24-hr pH study to exclude GERD or acid overproduction can be considered.

The rectal bleed should be followed up with a colonoscopy.

A urinalysis as well as tests for STDs should be considered to evaluate the penile burning.

These options should be discussed with your personal physician.
