problems in rectal area

For about the last month i have noticed these skin formations forming around my anus.  They almost look like small fols of skin or almost balls of skin.  They don't really hurt except sometimes when i have a bowel movement and wipe too hard.  The scariest part of the situation is that they seem to be spreading.  This really concerns me and i was hoping you could be of assistance.  Thank you.

Sounds like you have external hemmroids.  You might want to get to your doctor and have them checked out.   If they are painful, you can get some stuff called Nupercainal Ointment.  It is an over the counter medication kind of like Preparation H, but you have to ask the Pharmacist for it.  It works great to numb the area.  Best of luck to you.
