I RECENTLY TAKEN OVERDOSE AND I HAVE BEEN DRINKING ALOT OF ALCOHOL AND I HAVE BEEN SPITTING UP BLOOD AND MY STOMACH AREA IS SORE AND I NEED HELP

Sounds like you could have a bleeding ulcer which DEFINITELY needs ER attention. Spitting up blood is NO joke. You should definitely go to the ER and get your self medical attention! Don't wait.
