I have scattered diverticula which is not uncommon if you dont eat a lot of veggies. I have a large part of my problem because I also have a narrowing of the rectosigmoid region. This may have to be corrected via surgery as a last resort.I would like to find a diet that will help me in my avoidence of surgery.I know High fiber no seeds. I want a diet plan .My Dr says you can get one but He did not have one at this time.Who knows where I can get a diet for my particular ailment?
