Do MRI's help?

I was wondering if after getting a colonoscopy, ultrasound and barium swallow, and them all coming back normal...

would a full body MRI scan help me out and find what the problem is?
Since there's always a dull pressure and ache by by my navel, i really wanna know whats going on..

Regarding the question about having a full body MRI. I just recently had a MRCP which is a MRI focused on the Pancreas and Stomache area. This test may be worth mentioning to your Dr.
