please help

OK i dont get it . For years , for as long as i can remember i've always had digestive problems . I would often get dirrhea right after eating . I went to a GI doctor and was asked several questions and they told me just to eat more fiber . I do get dirrhea less but now i get alot of gas and occassionally get constipated . If i dont eat fiber in the morning i can almost be certain i will have dirrhea . this effects my everyday life because its embarrassing , i hate having to explain to friends why i must eat alot of fiber . im getting sick of eating raisin bran every morning . and i often have to go to the bathroom right after eating sometimes solid sometimes dirrhea . and the gas is just awefull . its really embarrassing . any tips?

Sorry
Do NOT eat TV dinners! Do not eat them even with veggies. They tear the colon even with broc.

I have found a regimen of broccoli, zucchini, and small mushrooms sprinkled parmesean cheese can be combined with any non-fast food item (meat/potatos) or TV dinner: this has fixed my problem of years. Steam them for only few mins. Also allergic to beer. I cant handle McDonalds at all and burgers fries I grew up on. Eat broc everyday. Diet is key for me. I'm not affraid to eat meat I enjoy, it just needs to be balanced (in weight).
