The forum title states part of my philosophy of life: Eat Hearty, Drink Deep, Live Life!
I grew up in a family, which was Italian on my mom's and Irish-French Canadian on my dad's, with a healthy intermix from the Poles, Germans, English, Russian and other folks around us in the working class neighborhood in which I grew up. I added Greek influences, from my wife's family, after we started going together in early 1978 (I was born in 1957).
Good food, which is good for you, need not be boring, nor bland, nor repetitious.
I hope that those of you who read these words and choose to participate will find that the above is true.
