Broke my [you know what]

I slammed by penis against a hard corner of a piece of furniture many times as a way to masturb*te until something busted and blood came out of my urethra.  Haven't been able to keep an erection very successfully since, and because it doesn't fill up fully either, it's a lot smaller.  I'm only in my early 20s but now I have ED.  Since this time I met a girl and she already ended things and I think it's because I couldn't 'perform'.  Fun life ahead.

That sounds like a painful way to masturbate. You NEED to see a doctor. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/21707-penile-fracture  Left untreated, things can become permanent. When did this happen?

Thank you!! I wish this never happened.  I guess it was a way to feel something, and I had been drinking earlier so it probably took a bit more to feel something.  It happened almost 10 months ago or so... and it's still bad...

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
