I am a 50 year old white male.  I have been married for 22 years.  I never had any problems when I was younger.  Over the last 10 years I have been have a problem with premature ejaculation.  It became very embarassing for me and super frustrating too.  My wife thought I was doing this unpurpose.  Trust me the last thing I want to do is orgasm after less than 1 min!  Of course this only made her want to do it less which makes things worse.  My doc gave me Cialis to help.  well it doesn't help with the premature part but does help some with recovery like next day if I can get the wife to particapte.  Now sadly maybe because I'm older I am having the additional problem of a hard erection.  Last week without cialis (she won't let me take it all the time) I had a nice strong erection and with in a min or two she commented on how hard i was without cialis and like a light switch I became soft and couldn't finish.  Needless to say she was very upset like it was my fault and said get help before asking for more sex!  My doctor said that some antidepressants and have a side effect of making me last longer.  I just read some on this site.  Should I go back to doc and be on both cialis and anti depressants?  Is there anything else I can do?  I need help

Hi, Theres two things that may help you, the first is DHEA, but please read up about it first, theres lots of info around on it, and this should help give a boost, and the second is Tribulus and again read up about it first, this I've read sits well with DHEA and work well together, and this will also give you a second boost, and by the way women can take both as well so may help the wife some extra zing to her love making.

as a 49 yo white male I can relate,,, I was good to last 5min it was pitiful, my wife was on the verge of leaving me,, We both made a trip to my urologist to get me checked out ,everything looked fine. The doc gave me a sample pack of cialis and to make a long story short WOW.. I went from 5 min to 45 to and hour and my wife is have orgasms like crazy..YOU TALK ABOUT A BOOST TO THE EGO! i think your wife is being very inconsiderate!! i would go back to doctors but dont anti depressants make it worse?
