I can't feel pleasure from oral or handjobs, help!
I guess I've always had this issue, but I've never thought much of it until I recently became sexually active with my girlfriend. I can easily reach orgasm when I masturbate, and I feel plenty of pleasure during intercourse, but when I'm receiving oral or manual stimulation, I feel almost nothing. My girlfriend gets self-conscious because she can't finish me, and I'm starting to lose the ability to maintain an erection during foreplay because I know I won't be able to finish from these forms of gratification. I'm worried something may be wrong with me. Help!
It could be that the amount of stimulation you give yourself while masturbating is more intense than what can be provided with oral or a handjob from someone else. You might try abstaining for a few days until you're so horny that it would take little stimulation to bring you to orgasm.
