Problem with deep dorsal vein

Hi im 23 years old and have been having erection problems for quite sometime. My question is concerning the deep dorsal vein of the penis. I know that the superficial vein is visible. But is the deep dorsal sometimes visible as well. Because right under my superficial i can see a bulge shaped like a vein but theres no color to it which makes me think its the deep dorsal vein. It runs from the base all the way to the head. Im just wondering how abnormal this is. I think i have venous leakage of the deep dorsal vein. Please help me understand what im seeing.

Venous leak is an exceptionally rare cause of erectile dysfunction. You are far more likely to have performance anxiety erectile dysfunction. This is particularly so if you get even half decent spontaneous or morning erections. An inter-penile injection of Alprostadil would prove the point.
