WOW - I find it VERY odd that neither the Pharmacist nor the Urologist could or would answer your question. It may well be OK, but if it were me, I'd probably try to contact the manufacturer of the formula & ask them this question. I used to work in the Pharmaceutical industry, and most of the time the Expiration dating on drugs is VERY conservative - i.e., they are usually still safe to use considerably after the Exp date. They may have lost some potency - for example, if a 100 mg dose drops to 92% potency, you're still getting 92 mg of the drug dose - would your body even know the difference? Usually not. However, there's another factor: In addition to losing potency, the active ingredient can 'degrade' & SOME degradation products have a certain (usually fairly small) toxicity. So I'd want to know why the Expiry is set to only 30 days - obviously, these Tri-Mix solutions aren't real stable for long periods. So see if you can find out from the Mfr why they don't recommend use beyond 30 days. Good luck...
