Am i having ED?

I am 25 years old.Recently had a sex for the first time with my girlfriend. But it seems not so rigid when penetrates, and somemore,I did not feel strong stimulus or pleasure even i "In and out" for 15 minutes.

Normally, people will shoot very quikly for the first time. Why i am so strange?

I have the materbating habit.quite often.Is this the reason?Thanks.

I even can not shoot out the semen,( flows out,no feel of pleasure) Am i suffering from any disease?

Thanks for your reply.

I will have morning erection ,but not every day. Will have erection when thinking about sex.

The strange thing is that I can't feel any pleasure or satisfaction when ejeculating semen. And the semen will flow out, while not "shoot" out

Anything wrong with me?

Hello.

First, you have already written to me and asked if self-pleasuring is harmful, and I've given a complete answer. So I'm not going to repeat myself.

You have asked four different questions in this post--most of which are related and can be answered simply.

1. There's nothing "strange" about your having penis-vagina sex (p-v) for 15 minutes before orgasming. Orgasm is different for each of us, and there's no optimum time--not even the first time. You may have been anxious or worried, in which case, your body responded by becoming numb.

2. I don't know you felt no pleasure. Again, perhaps you were anxious.

Most of your concerns are probably due to feeling anxiety about the first time being sexual with a partner. A good way to rule out any physical cause is whether you have erections upon awakening. If so, there's probably no medical problem. If, however, you DON'T have erections upon awakening, or when thinking about sex, etc., you may want to see a urologist for an exam. From what you've written, I suspect this isn't the case, since you seem to have no trouble with self-pleasuring.

All this tells us that you are uncomfortable being sexual either with a partner, or with this specific partner. You need to look inside yourself to figure out why this is. Best of luck to you. Dr. J
