masterbation

My husband can't maintain an erection for penitration (he told me) but yet he masterbates often. Is it possible for a man to not be able to penetrate but still be able to masterbate? I know you are proably all men on here and I am not the kind of wife who would blittle my husbands problem or cheat on him but I really need to know if it is me and if there is something I could do to bring back the romance into our lives. I once asked if we could see about getting some viagra and he was adiment about not trying it. It's been a long time sense we were active and I'm getting desprate.
