You need to do what your heart is telling you to do.  If you got married there is no way your new husband would know unless they take you in to the doctors to see if you have been sexually active.

Why wont the parents agree with the marriage?  different religions?

somtimes, religion can be a prison. But unlike normal prison, there is a key to it's release - don't follow that religion. It really does depend on your parents though; I have known of cases where a young adult would choose not to follow his families religion and the family disowns their child. Talk to your parents.

relevant to your question however... yes if you have sex people will be able to tell you have broken a seal.

The way I see it you have 4 options:

1: Don't have sex.
2: Disregard your religion and lead a better life for yourself and try to communicate with your family.
3: have non-vaginal sex. i.e oral sex. This will be harder for you to recieve pleasure this way because you risk breaking the seal.
4:have sex with him then fake an accident or think up a reason why your seal would be broken.i.e I ride horses a lot and it has caused the seal to break. or, I once fell and it broke - Basically, lie.

Good luck.
