cataract surgery

can cataract surgery cause a stroke in the eye and if so is there anything you can do about it.  Had surgery about a year ago right eye perfect.  Next week went for left eye.   vision was worse in it after surgery than before.  Been to all different doctors noone has an answer.   Will second cataract surgery on same eye do any difference.

Depends what happened during the cataract surgery.  Unlikely to have a "stroke" from routine cataract surgery.  If multiple ophthalmologists have had no answers, there may not be a solution.
