Are there any surgery options for me?

I am short sighted and have high astigmatism, contact lens prescription below:

RIGHT

BCR 8.30
TO 14.50
BVP -14.75/-3.25x180

LEFT:
BCR 8.30
TO 14.00
BVP -14.75/-3.00x170

Are there any possible surgery options i can take such as IOLs or is my astigmatism too high?
If it is, cant i have lazik for the astigmatism followed by an IOL to correct the short sightedness?
Thanks

I don't think that Dr. Hagan was aware that you are only 18 years old, which would increase your lifetime risk of a retinal detachment with a clear lens exchange.  There are contact lenses worn inside your eyes which might work for you, although these lenses are not problem free.  You might want to re-post your question, stating your age, location, and the length of time that your current prescription has been stable.

your myopia exceeds the amount that lasik will correct. If your desire is to get as good of vision as possible without glasses and without contact lens (the safest and least expensive option) then you would have to have a clear lens extraction, IOL insertion and corneal relaxing incisions or toric IOLs.

There is significant risk (infection, bleeding, retinal detachment and a high likelihood you would still need glasses possibly no line bifocals for somethings) and expense.

I suggest you speak with at least two very experienced refractive surgeons.
