I don't think that Dr. Hagan was aware that you are only 18 years old, which would increase your lifetime risk of a retinal detachment with a clear lens exchange. There are contact lenses worn inside your eyes which might work for you, although these lenses are not problem free. You might want to re-post your question, stating your age, location, and the length of time that your current prescription has been stable.

your myopia exceeds the amount that lasik will correct. If your desire is to get as good of vision as possible without glasses and without contact lens (the safest and least expensive option) then you would have to have a clear lens extraction, IOL insertion and corneal relaxing incisions or toric IOLs.
There is significant risk (infection, bleeding, retinal detachment and a high likelihood you would still need glasses possibly no line bifocals for somethings) and expense.
I suggest you speak with at least two very experienced refractive surgeons.
