Does my daughter have signs and symptoms of a brain tumor?

Hi, i need you opinion!! When my daughter was born her eyes flickered back and forth REALLY fast like if you were to flick a sping...I took her to an eye specialist and he didnt see anything but of couse she was 11 months and wouldnt cooperate with him either!! She has since grew out of the eye flickering...but now its something else! She has blank stares, which at first i thought might be seizures, but shes went for EEG's and they show nothing. They can see her eyes doing weird things...This is what happens!! She goes into a blank stare and doesnt move, talk or anything. She is totally unresponsive to anybody or anything around her!! Her right eye is SEVERELY large and staring straight ahead while the left is SEVERELY small and is in the corner...Her pupils look the same, its the eye itself!! I was told by the doctor that did her eeg that those are not seizures and that their is an underlying cause as to why that is happening. Shes become alot more clumbsy lately and she gets VERY angry just out of the blue for no reason at all!! I know shes only 2 but she has never been this bad before..up until 2 weeks ago i had only seen what i called "seizures" twice!! In the last 2 weeks her whole personality has changed and she has had 5 "episodes" that I HAVE SEEN!!...Please tell me what you think??...Im waiting for an MRI but im scared as to what it might show and the doctors still havent gotten back to me yet??...Thanks in advance for any help you might have!!

Okay, she IS developed as she should be for her age, actually the doctors say shes VERY smart and is developed PAST her age!! She says full sentences and everything!! It just worries me because its not normal for someones eyes to do things like that, and seizures have ALREADY been ruled out!! She is a VERY bright kid and if you never saw her fall, or saw her eyes do the things they do, you would think she was a normal 2 year old!! Im very concerned as to what it might be!! But i think i MIGHT have an idea...My mother was adopted, so we dont really know that side of the families medicl history. But my mom DOES know her biological family, and called her mom recently and asked about it, my grandmother told her that her sister (my moms aunt) died at 3 from a brain anurism, her other sister AND her brother have brain anurisms NOW!! They are on meds for life now because where it is in the brain is inoperable! But they said with meds they should be fine!! Soo, i guess it runs in the family, even though i HOPE and PRAY its not that...do you think the signs and symptoms she having matches that of a brain anurism?

Oh my word, there was a discovery health program (mystery diagnosis) with a baby displaying very similar symptoms to what you describe. For the life of me, I cannot recally the episode name or the condition but I will try and find it for you and post back. I am not joking by the way!

I'm sorry about all her problems.  It sounds like there is definitely something very abnormal going on.  Perhaps there some sort of developmental delay or autism or something else.  Sieizures are another possibility and is being looked into.  I think it is important to have the brain MRI to look for many possible problems and of course to hopefully rule out many possible things.  For you right now, I know that you just want to find out what is wrong so the doctors can figure out what to do to help.  I guess I want you to look at it from that positive perspective - that this MRI will help to solve the mystery so that some solution can be found.  I really can't make any comment about the possibility of a tumor, from the information that you have given me.
