You need a second opinion with another ophthalmologist. There are many reasons why vision might be worse after cataract surgery, and the lens may or may not be the cause. One problem with Crystalens is the tendency of the haptic to buckle, causing a Z-syndrome. This would induce extra astigmatism. If there is no Z-syndrome, but your natural astigmatism was not treated at the time of the cataract surgery (by placing the incision on the steep axis, or by limbal relaxing incisions), then that astigmatism must be corrected with glasses in order for you to see clearly.
Thank you very much for your advice. I have an appointment with another ophthalmologist
