Hard blinking

Ok i do not think anything is wrong but im a big time worrier..I went to the doctor 3 weeks ago and got my eyes dialated for my yearly check,, and everything checked out fine im not to worried about that..But i have developed a hard twitch or hard blink in my eyes,going on for about 3 months now,like i put pressure on them when i do it,,and i was wondering if...

Also eyes are not blurry or anything,,perfect vision,,few floaters and flashers,,eye doctor said thats normal...

Also something i would like to ask is i have been having headaches and pain around the eyes ..And sometimes i have flash in the corner in my right eye,,not a whole bunch jst every once in a while..I have heard that migranes can do this..There not horrible headaches but they are bad,,and also  i am sensitive to light,,and like i said do not see a whole bunch of flashes all at once.jst every once in a while..I went to the optomatrist one month ago and got eyes dialated and everything is fine...Any info would help. Should i visit with my regular family doctor?
