blurry spot in my eye

I am 17 and this has been happening since i was like 12. I keep getting blurry spots in my eyes more than a couple of times a year and it annoys me. Its in both my eyes, I also see it when i close my eyes. Its usually on the right side of both of my eyes ..and immediatly following the blurry spot i get servre headaches or migrains. The headaches cause me alot of pain sometimes im unable to function right(it creeps me out). The headaches/migrains also last forever the most it has lasted was 2 1/2 days . but i was wondering if anyone can tell me whats going on im so confused. I've have been to the eye doctor  and they said they dont no, I have asked every doctor i have seen . and they dont no. So can anyone help me please?

I believe I answered this question or one almost exactly like it in the last 2 days. You need to see an ophthalmologist. I suspect you saw an non-MD optometrist. If you did see an ophthalmologist Eye MD then you need a second opinion or to see a neuro-ophthalmologist.

You likely have ophthalmic migraine or migraine equivalents. However disease of the heart, brain and blood vessels need to be excluded.

Tell your parents. Print this post and show them.

Your symptoms are NOT unsual.

You can discuss it with a relative. You can wait till you're legally an adult (usually 18) and go to a MD on your own. If you have a family MD see if your mother will let you go in and discuss it.

you were very helpful and i thank you. But i told my mom, mand she refuses to take me she thinks its a phase and it'll pass. i showed mher whaut you wrote and she said i'll have to wait.I'm actually inm the present moment experencing my migrain and i cant take like any headache med. being the fact im in school. at the moment i was wondering if there is any way of preventing this thing. My mom doesnt believe me and she dosent feel like taking me to the doctor since the last doctor said it was nothing. So is there anything i can do by myself i really dont weant to have to deal with this the rest of my life.
