What is the Name of this problem?

Please help me with this one. i dont understand what the problem here is.
My left eye's vison is not as clear as the right eye's vision.I dont know if you would call it a lazy eye, but when i look into the mirror very closely my left eye (weak one, also smaller than the right one) turns outward. The right eye however stays inplace maybe because its stronger? i have no idea what the matter here is.Is it possible if the left eye turns cross eyed after a few years? Could there be any that could be done?

Possibly ambyopia and exotropia.  Please see a pediatric ophthalmologist.  Sometimes surgery can help the eyes work together better and also help with the appearance.  Amblyopia or a lazy eye usually needs to be treated properly and persistanty when children are young - from infancy to about age 9 or 10.

Thank you so much .
I went to a doctor in India 3 years ago and the doctor told me that it will turn outward in a few years and stay like that forever. Do you think thats possible?
