ReStor lens 3 years ago

I had the ReStor lenses implanted about 3 years ago.  I have never been happy like many others.  My biggest complaint is night driving and also floaters.

Is there any surgeon that would perform the surgery to put in monofocal lenses and would this help my two biggest problems?

I am willing to travel anywhere.

Dr Feldman,

I know the ReStor lens is my problem at night because I never had any trouble before I had the surgery.

I wish so bad I would not have had the surgery.

Thx

Dr. Feldman,

Thanks for answering my questions.  The night vision is the biggest problem.  My Eye MD offers no suggestions.  I only know what I have read on the internet.

How risky is removing ReStor lenses and replacing with monofocal lens after 3 years?

Thx,

Dear conniecat,

If you are unable to perform your normal functions due to the implant, I would speak with your eyeMD to determine whether the ReStor lenses is responsible.  Removal of the lenses might help your night vision but not the floaters.
