Floaters shift

I've always had floaters. Since my RD in06. I notice once in a while more will show up or they change shape. I was just at my retinal surgeon 3 weeks ago n everything was stabile n fine. Here's my question. Why do they change. Sometimes I don't notice any then all if a sudden I'll see each and every one. Especially in sunlight or bright fluorescent lighting. Is this something I just have to ignore?

I went to see him and I'm ok. The floaters are black spots. He said it's the change of gel.

This is very normal.  You will not always see your floaters, but they will be more visible against a light background, especially the sky.  Definitely call your retina specialist if you suddenly notice flashes of light like lightning, or the appearance of a sudden shower of new floaters.

For weeks I didn't see them now I see everyone if them. Especially outside in sunlight.
