Ghost images

Hi doctor I am 21 and am 3 months post partum , ever since I had my daughter I noticed ghost images in my  right eye only . It's usually when I am sitting far away from my tv but when I get up close it is gone ! Do you know what could be causing this !? I am nearsighted and have been since I was younger but never really wore my glasses !

I had my baby girl 5 weeks ago and 2 days after labour I noticed ghosting vision but it is both my eyes. When I close one eye I still have ghosting vision - I think I have astigmatism in both eyes also so I wonder if I am having some type of 'flare up' of that? My eyes do seem a bit dryer than usual also. I am going to the eye hospital on the 5th of this month (january) and if anything is found or I get any info I'll post it here for you. It's bloody annoying but I don't think it is anything very serious!

During and after pregnancy (usually while still breast feeding) you will experience a temporary shift of your vision, rarely permanent. Glasses will correct this condition. It's probably more nearsightedness and/or astigmatism which has "crept" in for a "bit."
