High Contrast after the sun goes down.

I have had an issue with lighting for a while now.
The deal is, the symptom starts as the sun goes down. During the day im fine.

I have determined that this was caused because I spent the entire summer, staring at a tv in the dark.
And it messed with my contrast.

Scenarios:
Its light out, and im staring at the computer. Everything is fine. As the sun starts to go down, the computer screen starts to singe, and theres a glow emitting from the edges. I turn on a light. And the computer looks normal, but everything surrounding it is dark.

Some random symptoms:
In bed, i look at the ceiling, and darkness closes in on the center. By that i mean darkness starts around my peripheral, and narrows.

The best way to describe it is HIGH CONTRAST.

Please, i am desperate. I have seen two renowned ophthalmologist, but not yet a neurologist.

This might help you a little.

I've been having lots of lighting/vision problems.  Mine are more related to color temperature and fluorescent lighting, BUT my computer screen at night has been irritating my eyes.  In my research I came across this program you can download for both PC and Macs, it has lots of reviews and from my vetting is safe, but check it out for yourself.  It's called Flux.  Once you install it it changes the screen color/temperature on your monitor for evening and nighttime.  It makes your screen much more pleasant to look at when everything else is darker.  Then it automatically goes back when it's daylight.  I've had it a few days and it's a lot calmer for my eyes.  It might not solve your problem, but it might help.  I know first hand what it's like to go to multiple eye drs. and have them not know what's wrong with you.  I think any opportunity to pass on actual advice that might work is worth a shot!   good luck!
