Improving astigmatism

Good day,
I have nearsightedness ( -3 in both eyes) and 0.5 degree of astigmatism, but recently when I blink abit fast or when I close my eyes for 2 or 3 seconds and then open them , for a short while (about 1 minute) everything is clear and not blury. Also when I checked my vision during this clear flash i could read the letters to the fifth line (snellen chart).in other words in this situation my eyes have only -0.5  degree of nearsightedness. What is causes this?
Is it a sign of improvement?
Thanks for your answer in advance.

Not a sign of improvement but the effect of your blinking and tear film changes on the refractive error of your cornea.  It may also be a sign that you are overaccomodating.  If you are young, the last is a possibility.  You may want to be rechecked for glasses and overplus technique should be used to see if you are doing this.

People in their 20s and younger sometimes overaccomodate making their vision blurry at distance.  This gets better with eye rest/relaxation.  Not very common/likely so I wouldn't worry about it.  Your eye doctor could check for this by what is called the overplus technique.  They will know what I am talking about if you tell them.

thanks for your answer, but I did close my eyes for a white to rest them long befor, it is my habbit and at that time nothing happened.
Sorry ,what do you mean by this "If you are young, the last is a possibility"?
And I've to note I also happens when I close my eyes and move them to left or right and then open them.
