left eye

My left upper eyelid has been swollen for about a week now, there is no redness that I can see either inside or out, but it  hurts when I blink or touch the eye lid. Nothing else looks puffy. I have no idea what this could be

Dear Ms. Feldman,

Thank you for your response, I did not go to the doctor, I switched changed the soap I was using, & that worked. It looks like it was an allergic reaction to the soap that I had been using.

Dear hammerjs,

I would recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD.  Swelling may indicate an issue on the eye, such as dryness, corneal erosion, hemorrhage or eyelid, such as allergy.
