Partial PVD

Hi!

I'd like to know if vitreous floaters got from partial PVD can be successfully treated by ND YAG LASER or not?
I have two floaters in my left eye like two moons whose color changes from black to white depending on eye movement and i can't stand them.

Thanks

Sorry about that.  There is no treatment for floaters short of vitrectomy.  You can't laser them.  The floaters that you actually see are usually floating just a little bit above the retina.  Floaters that you could reach with a YAG laser would have to be much closer to the front of the eye. Unless there is something new out that that I don't know about, which is possible.

Hi Doctor

Thanks for the answwer

Just only a last question.

Attinic neon light  could be destroy vitreous quickly or long time is needed for that?
Because I bought an economic neon (chinese i think) and I had impression of blue light as attinic neon.
Perhaps is only my impression!

I am looking for a possible cause of my floaters!
I never had the mimimal problem in my eyes!

Thanks
