Strange swelling inside upper eyelid causing discomfort?

Hi

I am suffering with blepharitis and meimobiiam gland dysfunction and recently suffered a bad eye infection in my right eye, now I have swelling inside the outer upper eyelid of the infected eye which looks inflamed.

It's not painful but it causes a gritty sharp sensation in the corner of the one eye and I feel slight pressure from it?

Please help..

Can't tell without examining it/pressing on it etc.  Go get it checked out if it feels or looks different than before.  It doesn't appear too different than what a lacrimal gland usually looks like though.  Just go to your ophthalmologist to be sure.

Thanks Houman Vosoghi,

So this doesnt look like Dacryoadenitis or Possibly cancerous, also Could the lacrimal gland be blocked or maybe slightly inflamed ?

Your picture is showing the area of your lacrimal gland.  Can't tell from a picture whether it's normal or enlarged.  Get an exam by an ophthalmologist to check it for you.  Doesn't look too worrisome based on the picture but an exam is in order.
