Washed Out No Detail Vision

Had both eyes done in 11/2005 & Rezoom lenses put in.  Saw halos for awhile but went away.  Now in bright  conditions I can't see detail or definition; peoples faces, signs, writing, cell phone, etc. This results in my getting physically ill even if I have dark UV sunglasses if I'm exposed to long.   Also sometimes red is red sometimes the same sample is rust colored, comes and goes.  Have to scan where I'm looking to pick up things like stop signs & lights.  I'm a disabled Vet, the VA eye Doc here says "I don't know, next please".  I'm in Seattle, WA.  Also, hard to see the computer screen, vision seems to get cloudy this comes and goes also.  I would be glad to research this if you could point me in the right direction.  BTW, the eye Doc says except for a terrible astigmatism my eyes are healthy.  Also, no sheath...is that the right word over either lense and I tend to favor the right eye.

Thank you

SUggest you see surgeon who put rezoom lenses in.  If you have terrible astigmatism you won't see well with rezoom.  You could have other  problems as well like dry eyes, retinal disease. posterior capsule opacity.
