Hi  Yes I had mine done in Toronto also but my 1st Dr will not hear of anything wrong

I have made a appointment with The Yonge Eglinton Eye Clinic going Aug 23/10

to see Dr. Rootman.  Not sure what will happen at that time

but at least they listen to what I had to say, and did state I was not the 1st

so I am keeping my fingers crossed to see if this can be fixed  AND I do know

how you feel, if it like me my life is over, with all the world in a haze

If you wish, you may e-mail me at ***@**** and I will let you know
what happens when I go.

Dear Brandy711,

I would recommend that your wife speak further with her eyeMD especially about the flashes and dizziness she is experiencing.  This may not be related to the implants.  As with any procedure, IOL exchange is associated with benefits and risks, and she should be informed of these.
