cannot see after cataract surgery

I had cataract surgery about 6 months ago,my right eye was very blurry, the doctor said i needed cataract surgery, after the surgery was done my vision was worse than before,he said it would take up to 6 months to adjust to the new lens,i was fitted with glasses, which did nothing for my vision,i can only see blurry hazy objects, cannot read with this eye at all, even with a high powered magnifying glass,i cannot see any print,it disapears from the page, eveything is white blurr,he now says give it a year to agjust,i think my doctor may be a dunce, what should i do,i feel he has blinded me or miss diagnosed me,he want to do surgery on the other eye,i have 20/20 vision in and see great with,i tild him he isnt touching my other eye. I need help what to do next,Thank/s Rick

I believe you have asked this question before and I recommended a second opinion from another ophthalmologist and not doing anything to the second eye until you are satisfied with the first eye. you can find a Eye MD near you at www.aao.org or the U of Wisconsin has a first class ophthalmology program.
