can a cataract surgery be redone?

Not really redone, but depending on the problem, more surgery can be undertaken to try to repositioning or replace a malpositioned implant or an implant of the wrong power (if that happens to be the case.)  Sometimes, more surgery also may be needed if complications like vitreous loss, or retained lens fragments occur.  Things are more complicated that just re-doing it.  The actual problem needs to be identified, then addressed in the most appropriate manner.  There are many options to take but I would need far more detail.
