strain in hyperopia vs. myopia

I am wondering whether uncorrected hyperopia and uncorrected myopia each result in the same sort of eye strain and headaches. Is it more hyperopia that causes these symptoms?

Thanks for the response. Am I to understand that someone with uncorrected +2.00 would get bigger headaches than someone with uncorrected +1.00?

Also, do people with significant hyperopia often need glasses all the time?

Uncorrected myopia usually just makes your vision blurry and I suppose could give you headaches due to that. It is more often uncorrected significant hyperopia that can give a higher degree of eyestrain and headaches. Just my take on things.
