Vision after cataract surgery

I had cataract surgery in may in my right eye, it was -7.50,cyl -2.25, ax 170 and significant astigmatism.
The next day my vision was better than 20/20 and no astig.  4 months later i got a post-op vision exam and my eye
checked out good.  My question is now my eye now is -.5 and slight astig. Is this normal for some change in vision?,
Is it done changing?

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my question. I am a very nervous person by nature so the operation in itself was a huge deal and if there was a problem i wanted to get it checked out, so once again thanks.

It is normal to have a slight residual refractive error after cataract surgery, especially when the pre-op sphere (-7.50) and astigmatism (-2.25) were significant.  These changes can be explained by the final effective lens position of the new implant in the eye, and some change induced by the incision (which is usually small).  You have had a very good result, and the slight bit of myopia will help with near vision.
