Depends on how bad the tear was and if there was a retinal detachment that involved the central vision or if there is a gas bubble (unlikely this far out) still left in the eye. Needs to be addressed by your surgeon. You may also be developing a cataract. Don't be afraid to ask.

Anytime a vitrectomy is performed, the chances of developing a cataract become much greater in the next few months. Ask your surgeon if you had a retinal detachment at time of surgery and whether it involved the macula (central vision). That would give you a reason to still have blurry vision. It's not unheard of for vision to take several months to clear after certain retinal surgeries but this again depends on how bad things were before surgery and how the surgery went.
