I have the same exact problem man. If you get the problem fixed, please let me know!
I suggest for both problems you see a neuro-ophthalmologist. They are the Sherlock Holmes of the eye world. I do not think your problem can be addressed properly in this forum

I couldn't post them in one question because i am restricted to 2000 characters max. and the forum is also divided into certain categories like : ''glaucoma'' ''dry eyes'' ''loss of vision'' etc..
Every case is specific,i wanted to document mine as detailed as possible cause it may be of importance. If i would have found sufficient information already i wouldn't be posting this question here(note that i have seen 3 ophthamologists and followed the given therapies which didn't help).
The idea is to provide people, who are struggeling with a certain condition and don't know what to begin with suggestions and answers which might be of some help and which might be usefull to other people reading this forum aswell.
I cleary do not see why it bothers you SO much that i've posted 2 different questions about 2 different problems both caused by computer overuse..
Shouldn't it be just easier to help?
I mean,i am struggeling with this condition since november last year and it just won't go away..and i know nothing about it and i don't know what do.
It's been seriously effecting my life in general,i can't go outside when it's cold or windy,i can't do any near work for longer than 20 mins without resting my eyes,i am having trouble playing sports..it's really very very annoying..and i don't know what to do about it to make it go away..
The idea is to give as many different people as possible a chance to ask a qestion. If you have two problems put them in one question.
Use the search feature and archives to review the extensive and in depth discusions of dry eyes including the latest research on new experimental drugs.

It are two different problems caused by the same thing,so i made 2 different posts.. i'm both dealing with the issue of dry eyes/eyestrain AND the myopia that occured.
I don't know how you got the idea that i am double posting if you have read my posts..in this one i am explaining the issues of the eyestrain and dry eyes i am dealing with that won't pass and in the other my quickly progressed myopia..both caused by computer overuse but 2 different problems..
You have posted two different versions of your problem, in the other one which is answered you posed your problem as due to spasm of accommodation. Please do not make multiple postings on the same problem as it precludes others from asking their question.
