face twitching with prscription glass
I have no idea what catagory this would be under so I just said eyecare.
My boyfriend got a new prescription for glasses; he has not been able to afford glasses for a few yrs so Ofcourse his prescription is a lil on the harsh side.
He has had them for close to two months or so and during this time period I and our friends have notices his face is having spasms, sometimes he said he notices it but most of the time he doesn't .
Sometimes one side of his face spasms and other times both sides of the face at the same time.
The spasms only happen when he wears the prescription glasses.
If anyone know about this please let me kno I'm very worried about my boyfriends health,

He should see an ophthalmologist eye MD. He may have blepharospasm or hemifacial spasms. Find an Eye MD at www.aao.org The glasses should not cause this but wearing the frames could act as a trigger to an irritable nerve.
