new glasses

new glasses made after cataract surgery.  Can see through glasses one eye at time, but when both eyes, see double lines.  Have bifocals - could these be misplaced?

It sounds like there is some induced prism or prism was left out. So, yes, it could be misplaced. You should have this checked from the optical shop where you made the purchase.
