Just curious

Went back to my opthomologist on Monday. I have been having ghost images since November this all started after I had foot surgery. Anyway my eye prescription he did not change even though at a distance with the glasses they are blurry. He did however get the right prescription with the eye exam but he went into a long story on how my eyes will eventually adjust to this prescription?? Also he could not find a cause to what is causing my ghost images in my vision with both eyes. He said my optic nerves looked great and if this issue became worst to come back.. Should I be concerned? I also had an MRI in November everything came back normal. None of these issues where here until after I had foot surgery.. He did not dialate my eyes this time but I do feel he did a good check with the machine he was using that was close to my eyes.. Could I have a small tumor somewhere?

Did your Ophthalmologist to a corneal Topography or OrbScan? That is usually how they diagnose Keratoconus.  That's how they found mine.

The only other thing I would make sure they have ruled out is Keratoconus.  Sometimes patients with Keratoconus get "ghost images".  I do not think it is a tumor.
