right pupil larger, off and on, can tell when its happening, very heavy eyes, but not actually tired.

I have multiple neurological symptoms occuring, and I know I need to see a neurologist.  Multiple doctors have suggested it at this point.  I just thought I would ask about a more recent symptom of my eyes.  I have already been to the eye doctor, and everything checked out fine, but I wasnt having the symptom at the time of the exam.  Without warning, or reason that I can detect, my eyes feel really messed up.  I like to say that it feels like it did when I was a teen and smoked pot a couple of times.  I hated it because I could not see correctly.  Focus becomes off it seems.  Lately, when able, I have been checking some basic statistics when this occurs.  I have noticed that my right pupil is larger at that time.  I have also noticed that my left eye looks almost palsy like.  This comes and goes, I never know when it will happen.  Its very upsetting because I become afraid, when I am in public or driving and this happens.  It feels like I might pass out, but I havent.  Does this relate to any specific condition, I am just trying to save my self some extra testing that would possibly not be necessary.  I have already had many, many tests related to many other everchanging symptoms that come and go.

Dear shorrocks,

This does sound like you need a check up when you having these symptoms to elucidate the cause.

I would need a lot more information, and an exam would be helpful, to give you a realistic idea of what's going on.  I agree, you should see a neurologist, but you might also consider a neuro-ophthalmologist.  From the little you give, the possibilities are expansive, some more benign, some more concerning.  Make (and keep) an appointment soon.

I'm really not sure where to go here.  You have so many symptoms, my only useful advice is to have an evaluation at someplace like Mayo Clinic with multiple specialists.
