Could it be Reynaud's

I am wondering if I have Reynaud Disease.  I am 42 y.o. female and have cold hands and feet since my early 20s.  I can have it while in the house or for being in the cold weather for 10-20 seconds.  For example, I warm up my car before I drive to work, wear gloves always, drive a half hour in a heated car, walk to the door of my building, remove my gloves and my hands are still frozen.  Also, I can be under down covers in bed and for over 2 hours, my feet are freezing cold.  Yes, I do have socks on.   I do like to ski but I can last ony minutes before I am in actual "pain" in my hands and feet.  The rest of my family could be out there for hours.  I need help. It is taking a big chunk of my life away.
