when i was pregnant with my daughter ( 10 yrs ago) i  started dialating  at 12 weeks... i was put on a bed rest  and then when i turned 16 weeks preggo i had stitches  on cervix and i was on 3 kinds of medications and bed rest as well..no heavy lifting... nothing heavier then 2 pounds... carried full term... and yes u can have baby again.. because after this pregnancy i had a son who is 4 years old now...  and i havent had  any problems while preggo with him...  didnt dialate ,didnt even have to have stiches or anything... i actually carried 8 days past my due date this time and dr stripped my membranes and thats what started my labor.dont get discouraged.... all the best!!!! and sorry about your mc.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Dear joseteena - I am sorry to hear about your loss. As an infertility specialist, pregnancy losses at 22 weeks are not really in our field of expertise. May I suggest that you see a maternal fetal medicine (high risk Obstetrician) subspecialist doctor to discuss treatments for you when you next get pregnant? They may recommend a stitch placed in the cervix once you are pregnant, and also perhaps progesterone injections once you are pregnant.
